About
I’m Nicolas, a field communications adviser & communication materials designer from New Caledonia, Pacific Ocean. Originally from Oléron Island in France, my passion for the sea has led me to photograph the maritime environment from the very beginning of my journey.

As a communications content producer, my way of highlighting these maritime environments, whether human or nature, my adventurous side and my pleasure in meeting people has enabled me to work in the world for international companies, scientific missions and non-governmental nature conservation organization.
These various experiences have made me a specialist in visual documentation of maritime environments. I now dedicate my work to documenting and supporting community-led initiatives that protect and manage their environment, through collaborative and respectful engagement.
An anecdote from my work that I'm quite proud of is the publication of one of my photos to illustrate the Lego box on the construction of the Borkum Riffgrund wind farm in Germany.
Things that, as a child, we could never have imagined !
